The Process

Simple, coordinated, meaningful

Every volunteer opportunity moves through a thoughtful process that ensures quality, safety, and genuine connection.

01

A Need Is Shared

A shliach receives a request — a senior who'd love a visit, a hospital patient who needs tefillin, a family that needs Shabbat packages. The need becomes a coordinated opportunity.

02

Volunteers Are Invited

The coordinator shares the opportunity through WhatsApp, SMS, or the volunteer network. The right person gets the call — no endless phone trees, no duplicated effort.

03

A Mitzvah Is Done

The volunteer completes the visit, submits a brief report, and the system logs the impact. The relationship continues, and follow-up is never dropped.

For Shluchim & Community Leaders

Your community,
coordinated.

Whether you run a Chabad center, a Jewish institution, or a community program — you shouldn't have to personally field every request, make every call, and track every visit. Chabad Volunteers handles the coordination so you can focus on the relationships that matter.

Common Questions

Do I need to create an account to volunteer?

No. For most opportunities, you can sign up with just your name and contact information. An account is optional and gives you a personal dashboard to track your volunteering history.

How are volunteer opportunities approved?

Every opportunity is reviewed and approved by an authorized shliach or coordinator. This ensures quality, accountability, and appropriate matching between volunteers and community needs.

Can I volunteer in multiple cities?

Yes. You can select multiple service areas in your profile and receive opportunities from each one. Many volunteers serve in both Boca Raton and Delray Beach.

How do I request a visit for someone I know?

You can submit a request through the site, or contact your local Chabad center directly. The shliach will review the request, gather any needed details, and coordinate the visit.

How is personal information protected?

Private details about recipients are never shared publicly. Volunteers only receive specific instructions after they've been approved for a particular visit. All data is stored securely.

Ready to make a difference?

Whether you have an hour to give or a lifetime of service in mind, your community is waiting for you.
